BI-MONTHLY MEETINGS

General meetings will be held at least four (4) and at most six (6) times during the year, at a time to be decided by the Executive Committee members. These meetings will be open to all members AND the public.

Meeting discussions will cover various topics, including productions, policy and procedure recommendations, and goals. Only members in attendance - in-person or virtually - can vote on proposed motions.
